12 month fundraising retainer- $5,000 a month
For nonprofits ready to stop reactive fundraising and build something that holds. Over 12 months, we work on strategy and implementation together.
We figure out what’s broken, I build the plan, we put the systems in place, and make sure that you and your team can carry it forward.
This works especially well for organizations with budgets between $500,000 and $2M that cannot afford a full-time director of Development or are deciding if they need one.
You get director-level fundraising expertise for less than the cost of a junior staff.
This service includes two overarching revenue strategies for the year based on your current resources, staff capacity, and goals.

The ED Messaging Kit
3 month engagement- $25,000 flat fee
A done-for-you fundraising messaging suite for Executive Directors who need to communicate their organization’s case clearly. To funders, donors, and boards.
In three months, I build it: Case for Support, Case Statement, board update templates, and donor communications. You walk away with a complete set of fundraising tools that are ready to use and a team that understands how to use them.
This is for EDs who know what their organization does but can’t find the time to translate it into fundraising language that works.

6-8 week cohort- $1,200 to $2000 per organization
A group program for smaller nonprofits who need a strong fundraising case and cannot access 1:1 consulting support. You work alongside other organizations through a structured process and leave with the messaging that is ready to use.
