Fundraising Strategy + Implementation
This service includes everything above in the Fundraising Strategy but you’ll also get me as part of your fundraising team. I’ll be helping you throughout the year to help implement, troubleshoot, implement, and re-strategize to hit fundraising metrics.
This service means you’ll have director-level expertise in your fundraising team for less than the price of a coordinator.
This is a service that is especially useful for organizations that can’t afford a permanent, full-time, Director of Development OR are in the midst of deciding if their fundraising department needs one.
Fundraising Strategy
There’s the classic adage used in nonprofit- “building a plane while flying it.” Work with me to create a fundraising strategy so that we can create a map with a destination and resource what we need to get here.
This service includes two overarching revenue strategies for the year based on your current resources, staff capacity, and goals.
