I started Elevate because I kept watching Executive Directors do everything right and still not have the fundraising infrastructure to show for it. The problem was never effort. It was structure.

I work with small and mid-sized nonprofits across Canada and the US to figure out what is actually getting in the way, build a fundraising strategy that matches real organizational capacity, and make sure the whole teamnot just the EDunderstands fundraising as shared work.

My approach is grounded in Community-Centric Fundraising principles. I am a CCF Emeritus Council member and co-lead the Asian Fundraisers in Canada Collective. I hold a Master's in English Literature and a Fundraising Management certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University. I have worked with organizations in housing justice, legal advocacy, environmental justice, arts, youth programming, and LGBTQ+ sectors.
